To prepare oils, paints and varnishes, we use only natural ingredients:

Application rules
1.Clean the surface from old paint (if any), dirt and resin, sand with P100-P120 sandpaper
2. Stir the oil thoroughly. Apply a thin layer with a natural bristle brush, spray gun or rag; try to thoroughly rub the oil over the surface (when applying with a spray gun, rub with a brush after the spray gun).
3. MANDATORY! Let the oil soak in for about 30 minutes and then remove from the surface all excess that has not been absorbed into the wood with a cotton cloth. Everything must be wiped DRY! Otherwise, a sticky layer will remain.
4. Let the oil dry for at least a day.
5. Rub in the next layer. The technology for applying all layers is the same.
6. We recommend tinting the oil to the desired color from the first layer. Stir the color periodically.
Full strength is achieved after 21 days, after complete polymerization. During the same period, the smell of linseed oil disappears. In case of bathhouse treatment, after a week, make 2-3 idle fires and ventilate.
Store in a tightly closed container at a temperature of 0C-35C, do not expose to prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.
Oil consumption
The first layer is 1 liter per 10 sq.m. *
Second layer - 1 liter per 15 sq.m. *
Third layer - 1 liter per 20 sq.m. *
Note: if the surface has been sandblasted, then due to the increase in the absorbent properties of wood, the consumption should be calculated with a coefficient of 1.5 to the standard consumption.

Composition of BioNatural oils and paints
Linseed oil
We use high-quality, highly purified linseed oil. It belongs to completely drying oils and is characterized by a high iodine number. Thanks to its ability to penetrate deeply into wood, as well as antiseptic properties, it is used to impregnate products and log houses made of wood.
Gum turpentine
Turpentine is a component of resin, a volatile substance. This is the most environmentally friendly form of turpentine - produced by heating pine resin followed by double purification. Serves for diluting paints made from natural raw materials, preparing the surface for their application and cleaning the tool.
Beeswax
Added to some natural dyes to give a silky shine and better binding of wood fibers. Food additive E901.
Pine resin
Released when wood is damaged. Prevents pests from penetrating the wood structure and microorganisms. The pore-sealing property is appreciated when used as part of paints.
Birch tar
One of the most famous natural antiseptics. It is obtained by dry distillation of birch bark. It has excellent anesthetic and antiparasitic effects. In the old days, it was used to tar wooden buildings, ropes, etc..
Carnauba wax
Or Brazilian wax, palm wax - collected from palm leaves. In nature, it protects against moisture evaporation and burnout. We use it to create a moisture-proof coating. Carnauba wax is the most refractory among waxes, the melting point is 83–92C. Hypoallergenic and safe for health. Food additive E903.
Tung oil (wood oil)
Obtained from the nuts of the tung tree. Creates a dense abrasion-resistant coating when polymerized in combination with linseed oil. Tung oil imparts water-repellent properties.
Nanosilver (nano Ag)
Nanosilver has a wide spectrum of antimicrobial activity. Colloidal silver - particle size from 2 to 19 nm.

Wear-resistant
The coating does not wear out due to the penetration of natural oils into the wood structure by 3–7 mm.

Difference between natural oils and synthetic paints
At the cellular level, wood has a cellular-porous structure with cell diameter 5–40 µm. On the vapor permeability of wood and the durability of the coating is directly affected by the size of the polymer molecules.

APPLICATION
Synthetic resin molecules remain on the surface, because they are 5 times bigger than wood cells.
The linseed oil molecule penetrates 3–5 mm in depth, because it is approximately 10 times smaller than the cells of the densest wood species.
MOISTURE RESISTANCE
Water does not penetrate through the coating film.
Since the walls of wood cells are covered with a polymer - linseed oil, they are not wetted by water. Wood does not absorb water.
DRYING
A durable film is formed on the surface of the wood.
The walls of wood cells, acquiring high wear resistance, reinforced with durable polymer from the inside.
PROTECTION
Peeling of the coating under the influence of sun, rain, snow, wind, occurs after 2–3 years. Suitable for use indoors in dry rooms, but is of little use for reliable protection of wood from atmospheric influences.
Wood acquires at the molecular-cellular level increased strength and wear resistance, so the coating does not peel off. Natural polymers reliably protect from atmospheric influences indoors and outdoors.
PERMEABILITY
Swelling, cracking and peeling of the coating - wood loses permeability over time.
Maintains optimal humidity levels, allows water and air vapor to pass freely.
